  • .25 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

    This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 6.6 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 2 lbs Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 2 oz East Kent Goldings - 4.6 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • .5 oz Saaz - 2.3 AA% whole; boiled 5 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 1 oz Styrian Goldings - 3.5 AA% whole; boiled 10 min

    Mild, pleasant.

  • Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison™

    Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison™

    Classic farmhouse ale yeast. Spicy and complex aromatics including bubble gum. Very tart and dry on palate with mild fruit. Finishes crisp and mildly acidic.

1 gram crushed grain of paradise and 1/2 oz of bitter orange peel added at 5 min. fermented at 86F

I added the Pilsen malt to give it a haze, i know this is counterindicated but screw it!
