in retrospect... i would have substituted 1/2 oz of the high alpha cascade for some low alpha noble hop but with the hop crisis going on... what cha gonna do? still.. the beer is not fully aged, or indeed fully carbonated and it already has fans. it's totally because of the saaz :) i tried to adjust this current recipe because i let it boil over for like 4 min and it lost about a half gallon or wort, so this recipe should make something similar to the beer i am drinking
