After 12 days in the primary, I put this in secondary today. Very clear, with rich earthy aroma. Had to rouse the yeast twice a day for the first week -- this 002 stuff really falls out quickly. Even when transferring to 2ndry, I noticed it caused some bubbling to start up again. Color looks about right per calculaitons -- maybe a bit lighter. SG=1.016 (too high)
Lulu! You crazy girl!

Test tasting today after just one-week in the bottle -- She's a rich, full-bodied girl with great possibility. Young and hoppy on the sides of the mouth with a strong hops finish. Good chocolate coming through. She needs a couple weeks fbefore I'd rate her..
Glad I waited - She's getting nice.

Well, it's taken a while, but this girl is doing just fine. Greg says "I LIKE IT!" The hops signature is a bit too strong for the chocolate tones. Overall impression is a rich, earthy ale that is just a tad too snappy with bittering and flavoring hops.
