Starting OG

Starting OG came out a little lower than predicted at 1.053. After 4 days, it was around 1.037, so I gave it stir and it seems to have started bubbling again.
No too shabby

This was a great effort and with some tweaking it will b great. It was a bit one dimensional...I think that I need to play with the specialty grains a little to bring out some just a bit of malt complexity.
