Potluck Blonde Ale
Cream Ale • Extract • 1.5 gal
Turned out similar to Coors light in my opinion.A collection of aging leftover ingredients that I was going to throw away if I didnt do something with them soon.

Discussion
Not bad for just throwing crap together if you like light beer

As i said above, it reminds me a lot of Coors light, very very similar. Very mild Blonde ale-like flavor; low maltiness, light dry body, and low hop flavor/bitterness. Has a bit of a cardboardy oxidation flavor but if it didnt I think it would be ok. This is actually the favorite beer that I've made for my friends and brother, who sadly like crappy beer. Would be a good first brew for a new brewer.
