  • 2.10 lbs American Caramel 80°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color(Red Ale)

  • 9.64 lbs Premier Gold Liquid

    Premier Gold Liquid

    A light- to medium-bodied lager or ale of yellow to gold color.

  • 0.12 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1.5 oz Brewers Gold - 9.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 0.50 oz Amarillo® - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Amarillo®

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • White Labs WLP009 Australian Ale

    White Labs WLP009 Australian Ale

    Produces a clean, malty beer. Pleasant ester character, can be described as "bready". Can ferment successfully, and clean, at higher temperatures. This yeast combines good flocculation with good attenuation.

Notes

steep grains at approx 155 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove grain bag and let wort drip into boiling pot. (don't squeeze bag). Add extract and honey and stir until disolved. Bring to a boil and follow hops additions instructions.
