Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

Threw in some left over Pils malt and did a really small mash - Use a blow tube for this one, it really gets going

Good basic Tripel

It's been a while since I brewed this, but as I recall it was a good basic tripel. Very representative of the style I think. I brewed this, and a spiced Christmas Ale (porter) last holiday season, and this was the preference among my family. Worth brewing again.
