Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 0.5 lbs Weyermann CaraAroma®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraAroma®; Weyermann

    Amber Ale, Dunkel Lager, Dark Ale, Stout, Porter, Bock Beer

  • 1 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 7 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 oz Columbus - 15.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

I used the WLP002 because I had a honey amber that just finished up on that yeast.
