Bottled

This was very rocket fuel like when I racked it to secondary after 2 weeks. Bottled this on 10/12/07. Smoothing out quite a bit after a month in the secondary. Still a little alcohol burn. Lots of depth though behind that with some raisin, and toffee notes. We'll see how that mellows in the bottle.
