Great Beer!

I picked this recipe up in my brew shop from their files. I have brewed this one several times and it is one of the best I make. This beer is smooth, has amazing color and flavor. My recipe include 1 tsp of Irish Moss. I used Irish Moss in the first batch of Dana's Smilin' Irish Eyes Red and have used it in all of my other beers ever since.
