Best Yet

The good thing is my beers are getting better. The bad news is I am not getting anything out of the ordinary yet, but I am learning. This is a good solid Amber Ale and I would say it has a little more of a hop flavor than I was expecting (which I like). Color came out a little darker, but it also came out very clear with little sediment.

I could drink this one right out of the bottle (if I wanted to). This turned out to be an extremely clean beer, no off flavors maybe just a little to much on the hops for an Amber.
