  • 4 lbs Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • .05 lbs Belgian Special B

    Belgian Special B

  • 3 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • .5 lbs Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • .5 oz Progress - 6.2 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Progress

    Simular to Fuggles but a little sweeter.

  • 0.50 oz Progress - 6.2 AA% whole; boiled 40 min

  • 0.50 oz Hallertau - 3.0 AA% whole; boiled 5 min

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.
