  • 0.00 lbs Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Dry Extra Light; Muntons

Contains no colored malts or unmalted products; the light color of this product is achieved by using low processing temperatures and low-colored raw materials.

  • 3.44 lbs Dry Amber Extract

  • 2.0 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 2 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Saaz

Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 2 oz Amarillo® - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Amarillo®

Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • White Labs WLP013 London Ale

    White Labs WLP013 London Ale

Dry, malty ale yeast. Provides a complex, oakey ester character to your beer. Hop bitterness comes through well. This yeast is well suited for classic British pale ales, bitters, and stouts. Does not flocculate as much as WLP002 and WLP005.

I bottled this a couple weeks ago and just tasted this last Saturday. The flavor is peachy followed by honey which is dry and then hops, which add a nice bitterness to this 11.26% Braggot.

I really love this and want to age it, but will probably enter the rest in competiton. I appreciate the comment Herbaljoe, a friend from my homebrew club just brewed this last week.
