  • 0.05 kg English Black Roast

    English Black Roast

    Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • 2.81 kg Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 0.14 kg Molasses

    Molasses

    Imparts strong sweet flavor. Use in stouts and porters.

  • 37 g Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild to strong. 'Noble'.

  • 17 g Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Fuggle
