This is my second batch and it is currently in a secondary fermentation. The O.G. was actually 1.060 and it has a stable F.G. of 1.018.

  • 1 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

  • .5 lbs Chocolate Wheat Malt

    Intensifies aroma; improves color. For dark ales, alt, dark wheat, stout and porter.

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 4 lbs Liquid Dark Extract

    Liquid Dark Extract

    Used predominantly in the production of dark beers such as milds, browns, porters, and stouts.

  • .5 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • .5 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • .25 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

  • White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale

    White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale

    Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.
