Easy to drink

This beer turned out rather nicely. I used a late addition method for the extract to keep the color light. The color is slightly darker than Beertools predicted. If the brewshop hadn't been out of wit yeast, I wouldn't have used a hefe yeast, but the beer came out nice and snappy with citrus overtones and a mild character, making it a great summer brew.
