  • 3 kg Australian Pilsner

    Well modified, good attenuation.

  • .05 kg Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • .2 kg Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 1.5 kg Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 25 g Pride of Ringwood - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
