6/20 Will brew tonight, hopefully will transfer to secondary next Wed, two weeks in the secondary, bottled for another 2 weeks. If I do the math correctly it should be ready by December :-). Will update along the way.

Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 1 lbs American Victory

    American Victory

    Provides a deep golden to brown color. Use in nut brown ales, IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • 6 lbs Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Contains no colored malts or unmalted products; the light color of this product is achieved by using low processing temperatures and low-colored raw materials.

  • 1 oz Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Northern Brewer

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 1 oz Willamette - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Willamette

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

  • 2 oz Liberty - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Liberty

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.

  • Munton-Fison Active Brewing Yeast

    Munton-Fison Active Brewing Yeast

    Some fruity esters, attenuative, fair to good reputation.
