A friend said it reminded him of an old ale w/ the fruitiness and sweet maple consistency
I did this w/ coffee -the maple version was called strong sappy steam

I like steam beer or california common, so I did one which is basically a modified anchor steam w/ Panama Boquette and sumatra coffee
