3/4 Time Ale
Vienna Lager • Partial Mash • 5 gal
In my quest to come up with a decent extract based Vienna lager I came up with this. It subs German Ale 1007 for a lager yeast and uses a partial mash. It's been my best beer to date. Hope you enjoy!
