  • 0.24 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 0.11 lbs Weyermann Carafa® I; Weyermann

    Weyermann Carafa® I; Weyermann

    Gives deep aroma and color to dark beers, bocks, stout, alt and schwarzbier.

  • 0.29 lbs American Black Roast

    American Black Roast

    Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • 3.25 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 1.3 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

    White Labs WLP051 California Ale V

Good roasted malt flavor with some chocolate flavor, not too hoppy. I might change hops for the next time
