The pilsner grain is actually American Pilsner, but was not a choice. My own recipe. Looking for an easy drinking summer beer.

Ingredients (Partial Mash, 3 gal)

Midwest Wheat Malt

Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

Well modified, good attenuation.

Dry Wheat; Muntons
Dry Wheat; Muntons
Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

Honey
Honey
Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

Tettnanger - 2.8 AA% pellets; boiled 55 min

Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

This yeast is used to produce the Oregon style American Hefeweizen. Unlike WLP300, this yeast produces a very slight amount of the banana and clove notes. It produces some sulfur, but is otherwise a clean fermenting yeast, which does not flocculate well,
