Ingredients (Extract4 gal)

  • 0.30 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 4.24 lbs Liquid Dark Extract

    Liquid Dark Extract

    Used predominantly in the production of dark beers such as milds, browns, porters, and stouts.

  • 0.38 lbs Molasses

    Molasses

    Imparts strong sweet flavor. Use in stouts and porters.

  • 0.38 lbs Dark Brown Sugar

    Dark Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • 0.7 oz Cluster - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Cluster

    Used for bittering and flavor qualities in light and dark American lagers. Aroma is very floral.

  • 0.40 oz Willamette - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Willamette

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy
