Brewed this in April from a recipe the local homebrew store gave me. I just discovered this site and looks pretty close to others out there. Just kegged today and will update when I try it.

  • .25 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.
