Fermentation Instructions: Ferment at 52F until fermentation slows (about day 10 or 11), then warm to 62F for about 1 1/2 days. Next chill it down and keg (or bottle) on day 14. Are you sick and tired of all those Bud drinking family members and friends drinking your expensive homebrews? Keep this on tap and they can drink an inexpensive homebrew saving your premium homebrew for you. To convert this recipe to all-grain just use 8 lbs of 2-Row in place of the DME.
