I called Deschutes Brewery and sweet talked some of the staff for an insite to the brews they produce. The ingredience for the porter are as follows. NW 2 row Pale Malt Chocolate Malt Dextrin Malt Crystal malt Hops: Cascade Galena Tettnanger Yeast: English ale OG: 1.055-1.060 FG: 1.016-1.019 90 min boil time IBU's: 30 Alcohol: 5.2% I have not brewed this as of yet. But I did bring the list to a buddy who is a head brewer for local micro brewery who clarified some of the qty's needeed. I hope this gets you closer to the taste you require. The Jubelale (chrismas brew they produce) I did brew. It be good, needs a little more tweeking with the extra octane I added but still gets you through the holliday's without a problem.
