very good tatsty summer brew next time would replace crystal 20 with 60 also added 2 tablespoons of vanilla after primary fermentation

  • 0.05 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 3.00 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 2.07 lbs Wheat Liquid; Northwestern

    Wheat Liquid; Northwestern

    Can be used in making Wheat Beer, Bavarian Weizen, Berliner Weiss, and Dunkel Weizen.
