Making this on 4-20. I thought I'd just make an easy drinking session beer. I'll post the outcome sometime in May.

Ingredients (Extract, 5 gal)
- 4.13 lbs
Dry Light Extract
Dry Light Extract
White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.
- 1.3 lbs
Dry Extra Light Extract
Dry Extra Light Extract
For making very pale ales and lagers.
- 1 oz
Fuggle - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 60 min
Fuggle
Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.

This beer turned out pretty good. Its easy drinking. Not too hoppy but not too bland. I made some changes. I only used fuggles for 60 minutes.
Excellent and gone!

This beer got bottled on 5-4 and was completely wiped out in 3 weeks. I will be making this one again!
