Just checked fermentation and it was perking really good. was going to dry hop with centennial.
Bottling Day 5-4-07

I didn't use the centennial hops at all. I used 1 oz of willammette for 60 minutes no dry hopping at all. I'll be sampling this in about 2 weeks. Just bottled it on 5-4-07. Tasted a little prior to bottling and it seems like it is going to be a good drinking beer. I'll let you all know later.
How'd it turn out?

I'd love to know if it turned out well.

@ Buzzerj- This was a simple recipe that turned out well. My buddies loved it. It was almost like a Sam Adams summer ale. The honey made it finish a little dry which was what I was shooting for. Thanks for taking the time to check out the recipe.
