Ingredients (Extract, 5 gal)

It's not actually 12 POUNDS of limes. It just 12 limes. You can choose to ferment this recipe or drink as just a really good ginger ale. Unfermented it's delicious. If you're going to ferment it to make a mead: 1. Boil with honey and molasses for 15 mins 2. Add Ginger and boil for another 5 mins 3. Add lime juice and remove from heat 4. Strain into fermenter and pitch yeast If you're making ginger ale: 1. Add everything into the pot and bring to boil 2. Boil for 5 mins 3. Strain into 2 liter bottles 4. Add 1/4 tsp of baker's yeast to each bottle 5. Screw caps on bottles tightly 6. Store at room temperate for 3 days 7. Refrigerate for 1 day and it's ready to drink
