Just Plain Bitter

Just Plain Bitter

Standard/Ordinary Bitter • Extract • 5 gal

steamingheap

Your standard ordinary bitter. While I hit the IBU target for the style, my personal preference would have been to add more bittering hops. Otherwise the only 'problem' with this brew is that I had some issues with clarity - didn't affect the taste though.
