Jeffs Ordinary Bitter
Standard/Ordinary Bitter • Partial Mash • 5 gal
This one came out very nice. SuperKleer after a week in the secondary made for a very clear beer. Flavor is very good, rich maltiness, with maybe a bit more hops bitterness than expected, but very delicious.

The only reason I give this 4 stars and not five is that it was just a touch hoppier than I intended, but still outstanding beer. Color is pretty much exactly what beer tools predicted, malty and lightly carbonated(force carbonated in a 5 gal. keg). Every one I've given some to has gone back for a second(or third or fourth) pint.
