  • 0.50 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 0.40 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.68 lbs Toasted Pale Malt

    Toasted Pale Malt

    Imparts nutty flavor and aroma. Use in IPAs and Scottish ales.

    Mild. 'Noble'. Used mainly for its aroma which is mild and pleasant.

  • White Labs WLP510 Bastogne Belgian Ale Yeast

    White Labs WLP510 Bastogne Belgian Ale Yeast

    A high gravity, Trappist style ale yeast. Produces dry beer with slight acidic finish. More 'clean' fermentation character than WLP500 or WLP530. Not as spicy as WLP530 or WLP550. Excellent yeast for high gravity beers, Belgian ales, dubbels and trippels.

who says older doesnt mean badder, just uncorked one aged 8 months. the poster child for imperial ipa's.
