i partial mashed it all at 148 for about an hour. then followed the hop schedule. it came out a little darker than i thought it would but no biggie. i bottled it with just under a cup of honey as i didnt have any corn sugar left. its pretty hoppy. im drinking my first one right now. not quiet all the way carbonated yet... very smoothe, and over all i like it quiet a bit. next time ill use marris otter and experiment with different hops. maybe some traditionally british hops.

This was made for my girlfriend but she didnt like it to much becasue it was to hoppy. I liked it though so whatever. I think it was actually my best one yet. Maybe I should make the simple beers more often.
