  • .5 lbs American Caramel 40°L

    American Caramel 40°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 6 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 6 lbs Amber Liquid; Alexanders

    Amber Liquid; Alexanders

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 4 oz Galena - 12.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Galena

    Neutral. This hop can be very bitter, but blends well with finishing hops. Used in American ales and lagers, but suitable for all beer styles. Aroma is medium but pleasant.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 6.2 AA% pellets; boiled 2 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.
