if i actually do this batch, i plan on using a blend of the whitelabs superhigh gravity yeast, the wyeast rogue pacman, and a lot of yeast nutrient/energizer and of course, i will go through the insane, pain in the arse process of adding hops every minute of the 2 hour boil

watch Cohumulone levels in IPA styles

some of your hops are high in Cohumulone levels. These will produce unwanted lingering harshness. Cluster and Cascade, though great hops, have lots of Cohumulone (around 38%). Shoot for the lower levels for awesome IPAs. Simcoe is an example of the low cohumulone (20%), yet high in Alpha acids. Challenger is another good example (23% Cohumulone, yet 7-10 �).
