Add raspberries (or whatever fruit you want to use) to secondary and then rack on top. Seconday 1 week. Haven't tried this one yet. Will report back when I do.

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1 lb raspberries - (omitted from calculations)
