Ingredients (Partial Mash5.25 gal)

  • 2 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 0.25 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 4 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 2 lbs Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Contains no colored malts or unmalted products; the light color of this product is achieved by using low processing temperatures and low-colored raw materials.

  • 0.25 lbs Barley Flaked

    Barley Flaked

    Helps head retention, imparts creamy smoothness. For porters and stouts.

  • 1 oz Mt. Hood - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

My bad for not reviewing the recipe better. Make note that all hops are pellets in the recipe. Additionally, the gypsum is measured in teaspoons. Steep the grains at 155F for 60 min and then sparge with 170F water.
