Notes

i wanted to make this recipe ridiculous(dog fish head style....wayyy out of bounds) it will not follow the guidelines of a traditional dark lager.... but it will be a very dark, very tasty lager. use the base malts and specialty grains in a stovetop/brewpot minimash before starting the boil. add one can of coopers premium lager kit to the batch, and use both the white labs yeast, and the coopers yeast.
