Used as the base for a wide variety of styles of beers, including lager, pale ales, bitters, and export bitters. Contains no colored malts.

Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.

Pretty darn good!

Due to cool cellering temps, it took a while for this brew to condition fully. I am very pleasantly surprised - this is pretty darn good for an extract brew. A good session beer, which is what it was meant to be!
