Notes

mash the grains and wheat (hopefully end up with roughly four gallons....boil down to three) then, get a gallon of all natural, all organic fruit punch (or make it yourself with fresh organic fruit and a juicer), and dump it in the fermentor, with a seven pound bag of ice to help cool down the wort and bring the batch up to five gallons. after six months of fermentation, add one pound of raspberries and some bacteria..... after another few months, transfer to secondary after six more months of aging, add 6 ounces of wood chips or cubes, and 40 pieces of very sour candy let sit for six more months, then bottle and let age for one year.
