***40L Crystal malt was toasted- oven-baked for 10 min @ 350 F on baking stone. Original bittering hops: 0.25 Northern Brewer 1 oz Saaz Brewed with Munton Dry yeast, but would probably substitute with liquid London or Irish Ale from Wyeast or White Labs. 2 oz steamed oak chips added to primary fermentor
