Mackenzie's Irish Red Ale

Mackenzie's Irish Red Ale

Irish Red Ale • Extract • 5 gal

kamal

The first generation had 2/3oz of UK Golding for bittering and was a crowd pleaser. I hopped down on the second generation to satisfy "the style" and it turned out fantastic.

Great but still hoppy

Turned out great, but imo still a little too hoppy. I prefer my Red Ale sweeter... gonna turn down the hops some more on my second run.
