Notes

start off with a mini mash using a full box of go lean cereal, the wheat flakes, the grains and a half gallon of water (148 F). sparge through a strainer (plastic, not metal) with another half gallon of water (170 F) then add 2 gallons of hot english breakfast tea (to make, leave 3 tea bags sitting in two gallons of hot water while your mini-mash is soaking, stir occaisionally during mash process, should be ready by the time you are done sparging) to get the bulk of fermentable sugars, when you add the dark extract, also add 5 cans of slim fast powder (rich chocolate royal flavor), and one king size dark chocolate bar (65 percent cocoa or more....for sugars and antioxidants) ---------------------------- additives for health/flavor buy/pick/aqquire the following oregano 1 oz dandelion (root, or flower, either works) 4 oz kelp 1 oz parsley 1 oz echinacea 4 oz saffron half oz ginseng 4 oz green tea (3 bags.....empty bags into the herbal mix) then take all of the ingredients (make sure they are dried) grind them to a poweder/dust (or as close to it as possible) put one third in before you start boiling the water, the second of the two thirds in the last 15 minutes of the boil along with the cascade hops, and the last third in secondary fermentor after the yeast finishes fermenting. also buy a bottle of (60 caplets) of coral calcium, and put them in the boil. lastly, buy a bottle of liquid multi vitamin and 2 oz of hawthorne berries to put in the secondary along with the last of the herbs.... finally.....do not strain or filter.... you will get more health benefits from the herbs, if you leave the floaties in the batch
