Notes
Originally only primed the bottles with 3.3 oz of corn sugar. Took almost 6 weeks to carbonate, but it was worth the wait! Roasty, bodied, slightly sweet with balanced bitterness and only a hint of vanilla.

Vanilla Extract

I am thinking of brewing a Vanilla Porter and was curious as to how did the extract work out? Was it enough? Also, I have read that some of the vanilla extracts have vodka in them. Does the pure vanilla have any other ingredients?
