    Enhances body and aroma. Stout, schwarzbier, brown ale, dark and amber ales.

  • .5 lbs German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • .25 lbs German Dark Crystal

  • .75 lbs Australian Pilsner

    Australian Pilsner

    Well modified, good attenuation.

  • 3.0 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • .5 oz Spalt Spalter - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Notes

This is a brew I created last summer. The only difference is that I used German Pilsner instead of Australian Pilsner. It's quite good, the best wheat beer I've made. This batch: Gave some to my friends who raved about it. I tried some and yes, it's very good. I wouldn't change a thing.
