Excellent Beer

And it only got better with age. The first few bottles came out a bit overly hoppy, but it settled down and calmed with age, retaining it's hoppy bite but allowing the malty characteristics from the whole grain to seep through the beer. A very good beer to have with a hardy meal or to have while unwinding at the end of the day.
