  • 1 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 1 lbs Honey Malt

    Honey Malt

    Nutty honey flavor. For brown ales, Belgian wheats, bocks and many other styles.

  • 6.6 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 2 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 2 oz Hallertau - 4.4 AA% pellets; boiled 96 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale

    White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale

    Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Outstanding but Unrepeatable

Many goof-ups made due to weather and inatentivity due to sampling too much of a prior brew, therefore there is no way to recreate this. It was an AWESOME beer once it was ready.
