Scotch Irish desendants best
Scottish Heavy 70/- • Extract • 5 gal
Another beer, that will be brewed in the next week or so. Ihope this will make my Scottish and Irish ancestors proud, and maybe allow me to pass our heratige along to my children. I believe when I brew this I will up the cara-red, LME,and the molasses. I will also use Molasses to prime with when it's time to bottle. I will update after it's brewed and been tasted.
