    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

    Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • 0.5 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 3 lbs Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Contains no colored malts or unmalted products; the light color of this product is achieved by using low processing temperatures and low-colored raw materials.

  • 3 lbs White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

step mash @ 130F for 20 min. 140-143F for 1 hour. mash out 170F Belgian amber candy will be actually-homemade belgian candi syrup.

Bottled on sunday with fresh yeast. The sample was smooth and fruity, nice Belgian spice.
